Royce Home Improvement installed & painted LP siding & trim on my house. Royce answered his phone every time I called. He was on time for all appointments and was very interested in what I wanted done and how I wanted it done. I awarded the job to Royce even thou he was the high bidder by a few thousand. Royce gave me a time frame for the job from start to completion and allowing for a few rain showers the job was completed on time. The crew did a great job the joints are tight and well caulked and paint lines on trim are great. During the work process the job site was cleaned every afternoon and upon completion the site clean. When we figured out that our shower pan was leaking we were unsure about what to do. Luckily we have a water damage rider on our homeowners insurance policy. We still were unsure who to call, so I started doing some research to repair our stand alone shower. I came across Royce's Home Improvement and immediately liked him. The owner came out and told us exactly what needed to be done and worked directly with my insurance company. He told me when they would start and how long it would take. I was notified everyday of what was going to happen the next day, who was coming, and what they were doing. All of his workers were very professional and nice. Anytime I had a question it would be answered immediately, mostly by the owner. They did an awesome job, the final product was better than I imagined, I am more than satisfied by the results and would use them again. I definitely recommend Royce's Home Improvement for any job you need done.

I work at StoneBridge Church and Royce and his team helped us with a difficult welding project in our gym and they did an outstanding job! They were fast and professional. I called on Friday, they did an assessment on Monday and knocked it out on Tuesday. We will be using them for many future projects.

I bought my house in Shenandoah 18 mos ago, since then I have had 2 roofing companies come out for a leak in the roof of the addition on my house. One of their solutions was to spray FLEX SEAL on my roof! Royce's sent out his roofer who tried to repair the leak but, he was also the first one to tell WHAT the problem was, how to fix it and suggest that a new roof would be the only permanent assured fix. He was not pushy or condescending and just tell me to get a new roof he explained things no one else had. I appreciate that so much! I wouldn't want anyone else at my house or put my largest investment in the hands of anyone but this company.

I have heard and experienced many horror stories about bad renovations, and terrible contractors.. I just had a pretty large project done in my home in Walden; and honestly if I had to quantify it I would say it was pleasant. The guys were nice and on time. They didn't make a large mess, and the team did their best to keep our regular daily lives as free from disruption as possiable! Highly recommend.

I had a new light fixture installed above my sink. It was a bit challenging due to location and height. The electrician analyzed the situation and was able to take down the old light and install the new one. I love it! He did a great job!

Royce and his crew replaced our roof, repaired drywall, painted and replaced some carpet. They were were on time, professional and did excellent work.They went above and beyond our expectations and made sure we were completely satisfied once all work was completed. Will definitely use again.
